Returns Policy
At Gloots Face & Body Therapies we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
We’ll gladly accept returns for any dermalogica® products purchased from gloots.co.uk and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.
Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact our customer service manager as soon as possible.
All returns must be pre-approved by the customer service manager. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
Please contact the customer service manager within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order.
Please follow the simple instructions below:
1 ) Place the unused and sealed item in its original condition into the original shipper packaging.
2 ) Contact our Returns Department via email at info@gloots.co.uk to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
3 ) We will e-mail you an Electronic Return Label to adhere to the package and a summary of the RMA transaction for your records.
4 ) Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund.

All RMAs are valid for only 30 days.
Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.
